Product Information and Pricing

trypick Store strives to keep all product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability information accurate and current. Should an error occur in product details, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to rectify the mistake and cancel any orders placed on the basis of that incorrect information, at no expense to you. For products that exhibit natural variation (such as handmade items or goods made from natural materials), minor differences in size, weight, or appearance compared to listed specifications may be present. Product details and warnings are supplied for informational purposes only; trypick Store cannot warrant that products are entirely free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Orders and Payment

User Responsibilities

You are likewise responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment details when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you provide are truthful and complete. When you place an order on behalf of a third party, you alone are responsible for confirming that the third party satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for the purchased products, including age restrictions for restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of trypick Store's services shall first be submitted to trypick Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

trypick Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
